Digital Research Library
In support of my day job, helping clients develop their digital strategies and integrated fundraising and communications programmes, I need to keep myself up to date with research into how different consumer audiences in different countries around the world use digital technology.
Some of the research I use is costly to subscribe to, and thus unavailable to organisations without a sizeable research budget. However, there is also a wealth of good quality, useful data freely available on the Internet – if you know where to look.
Over the years I’ve become something of a digital research magpie, with a good idea of where the most useful research reports can be found and an ongoing habit of collating links to the best reports so I can find them again when I need them.
It’s a habit that I would encourage anyone involved in digital planning to adopt – and to help you kick-start your own Research Library I’ll collate some of the best free research reports I come across here.
If you see any reports that you feel are worth adding to the Library – or if you spot updated versions of reports already here or find links that no-longer work – then do let me know by adding a Comment below.
