Blackbaud Online Giving Report 2011 (Feb 2012): Annual analysis of online and offline giving from 1,560 US nonprofits providing insight into online/offline share across different cause categories and organisational size.

Real Time Charitable Giving (Jan 2012): Research from the Pew Internet and American Life Project into SMS donating in the US.

40% of US Tablet PC and Smartphone owners use them while watching TV (Oct 2011): Interesting insights from Nielsen Research into multi-channel consumption.

Convio Online Marketing Nonprofit Benchmark Index 2011:Insights from 600 US nonprofits using the Convio online marketing platform, including web traffic, registration rates, email file sizes, online revenue growth, etc.

M&R and NTEN eNonprofit Benchmarks Study 2011: An annual report containing a range of useful benchmarking data, including email open and click-through rates for different nonprofit categories.

Blackbaud Online Giving Report 2010: Research into US online giving growth by organisational size and category, as well as insights into the impact of online giving in response to the January 2010 Haiti earthquake.
